About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Program Advisors to guide students and working professionals in choosing the right upskilling programs.
This is an inside sales and admissions role, where you will work on qualified student enquiries, understand learner requirements, explain course offerings,



and help candidates complete the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
Student Counselling
Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings
Understand students' educational background and career aspirations
Recommend suitable courses based on their goals
Explain course curriculum, certifications, schedules, fees, and career support
Admissions & Sales
Handle qualified leads generated through marketing campaigns
Follow up with interested students regularly
Resolve admission-related queries
Help students complete documentation and enrollment
Achieve monthly admission targets

Lead Management
Maintain accurate lead records in CRM
Update enquiry status and follow-up activities
Track admissions pipeline
Ensure timel
