We are hiring Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) – Agentforce & AI Expert.

Here is the JD-

Total Experience should be 15 yrs - 25 yrs

Identify Agentforce use cases and define business outcomes success metrics and deployment roadmap
Design and build Agentforce agents including topics actions instructions prompts and guardrails Experience in AFDX ability to leverage AI to create agents
Connect Agentforce with Salesforce CRM Data Cloud knowledge sources APIs and enterprise systems
Apply prompt engineering testing and optimization practices to improve response quality and task completion
Implement security trust compliance and humanintheloop design patterns
Troubleshoot agent performance adoption blockers and integration issues during pilot and production rollout
Create reusable Agentforce assets playbooks and accelerators for scale




Knowledge of how to use Data 360 and Salesforce capabilities for structured and unstructured data grounding
Ability to debug trace and map bottomup patterns to established KPI standards and propose ongoing improvements to AI deployments
Knowledge of enterprise AI patterns and Salesforce AI integration core platform external AI integration custom MCP A2A patterns
