About the Role

We are expanding our Capital Formation team across the West covering Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Goa and are looking for a high-ownership individual to anchor partner distribution and direct client relationships in this region.

Reporting directly to the Lead, Capital Formation - West, this role sits at the intersection of partner management and investor engagement. You will own and grow a portfolio of B2B distribution relationships such as wealth management firms, family offices, boutique RIAs, and IFAs while also maintaining direct relationships with select LP investors. This is a high-accountability,



front-facing role suited to someone who combines solid institutional product knowledge with the ability to build lasting trust with partners and clients alike.

Role Responsibilities

Identify, onboard, and manage B2B distribution partners including wealth management firms, boutique RIAs, MFDs, family offices, and independent financial advisors across the West region.
Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle - from activation to ongoing enablement, performance tracking, and relationship deepening.
Drive AIF subscription volumes through the partner channel by providing investment rationale, product training, due diligence support, and co-investor meetings.
Build and maintain direct relationships with select HNI/UHNI investors and family offices, managing their investment journey from first conversation to close and beyond.
Coordinate with the investment and investor relations teams to deliver timely updates, LP communications, and portfolio insights to partners and direct clients.
