We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Subject Matter Expert.
In this role, you will:
The Subject Matter Expert supports transformation initiatives by gathering business requirements, analyzing current processes, identifying improvement opportunities and assisting in the delivery of change outcomes.




This role is responsible for building Duco reconciliations by understanding data flows to multiple business areas within Markets and security services operations team.
Conduct detailed business analysis, including process mapping, gap analysis and requirement elicitation.
Support project managers in defining project scope, objectives and success criteria. Work with stakeholders to validate requirements, challenge assumptions and refine processes.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Contribute to solution design discussions, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory expectations.
Participate in testing cycles, prepare test cases and support defect resolution. Assist with change adoption activities such as training materials, communications and readiness assessments.
Prepare high-quality documentation, process flows, impact assessments and status updates.
