Job Summary:

The BD Associate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our Company. This position requires an understanding of drones/autonomous systems and a deep familiarity with the Defence landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
(Mandatory prior experience) RFP/RFI Response: Prepare and submit comprehensive responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) from defence procurement agencies. Hands-on experience with GeM portal is a must.
Requirement Gathering: Gather and analyse Indian Defence / Paramilitary user customer requirements (e.g. GeM, iDEX, TDF, ADB, CAPFs etc)
Product Demonstrations:



Coordinate product presentations to potential customers, showcasing the unique capabilities of the Company's products
Event Management: Organise and represent the Company at defence-oriented exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events
Customer Management: Provide ongoing support and address customer needs
Field Trials: Coordinate and conduct field trials of the Company's products with customers to validate performance and gather feedback
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential opportunities and understand the evolving needs of the Indian defence sector
Support Demand Creation: Proactively identify and create demand for the company's products within the defence forces
International Business: Explore and pursue opportunities for international business; maintain a list of relevant event-expos/exhibition venues.
