Key Responsibilities

Develop project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures.
Prepare detailed project schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
Handle all contractual correspondence and ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
Track project milestones and prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure quality and timely execution.




Negotiate rates and contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Proactively manage project timelines and mitigate delays.
Notify stakeholders formally of any project delays, following contract clauses.
Prepare and manage claims related to changes, delays, or disputes.
Control project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
Ensure timely billing and receivables collection.
Optimize use of manpower, materials, and equipment for maximum productivity.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction project management
Language: Proficiency in Malayalam and English is required
Location: Preference for candidates based in or willing to relocate to Kochi, Kerala
