Role Description This is a full-time, in office Telecaller / Business Development Executive (BDE) role based in Chennai. The Telecaller / BDE will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients,



following up on inquiries, and maintaining regular communication to build strong business relationships. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, and presenting suitable event and marketing solutions offered by Ganapathy Events. Daily activities involve updating CRM or lead management tools, preparing basic proposals or quotations, coordinating with the operations and creative teams, and supporting the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure. The Telecaller / BDE will also assist in market research, maintaining databases, and participating in promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
