We're looking for an experienced cybersecurity skilled to lead an enterprise-scale SIEM migration and implementation program.
If you have a strong background in SIEM engineering, Security Operations, and detection engineering, and enjoy designing scalable security monitoring solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead end-to-end SIEM migration and implementation
? Design scalable log collection, parsing, normalization, and correlation architectures
? Migrate log sources, dashboards, alerts, detections, reports, and integrations
? Develop and optimize detection rules, threat hunting queries, and security analytics
? Collaborate with SOC, Infrastructure, Cloud, Identity, and Engineering teams
? Drive testing, validation, cutover planning, and production go-live




? Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership
We're looking for professionals with:
✅ 8+ years of SIEM Engineering / Security Operations experience
✅ Experience leading enterprise-scale SIEM migrations or greenfield deployments
✅ Expertise in log management, detection engineering, threat detection, and incident response
✅ Hands-on experience integrating identity, endpoint, cloud, firewall, DNS, proxy, DLP, and application logs
✅ Strong Python, PowerShell, and API automation skills
✅ Solid understanding of MITRE ATT&CK; and the Cyber Kill Chain
Preferred:
⭐ Experience in large global enterprise environments
⭐ SOC transformation and cloud security experience
⭐ Certifications such as CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, GIAC, or equivalent
