Role Summary:
Epsilon Digital Experience (DX) is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead complex digital transformation and customer experience programs across global clients.



This role is accountable for end-to-end delivery of technology and digital experience initiatives, ensuring successful execution of business outcomes while balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate combines program leadership, delivery governance, financial management, partner engagement, and technical understanding of up-to-date digital experience ecosystems. The role requires serving as a trusted advisor to clients, leading multidisciplinary teams, driving operational excellence, and championing innovation through AI-enabled delivery practices.
