About The Role

At Sangoma, we're looking for a Senior QA Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality software and exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring the quality, reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud communications platforms and frontend applications.

You'll work closely with Software Engineering, Product Management, DevOps, Technical Support, and fellow QA engineers throughout the software development lifecycle. Beyond testing, you'll contribute to improving QA processes, expanding test coverage, mentoring junior team members, and driving continuous quality improvements across our products.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for UCaaS, CCaaS, and frontend applications
Execute functional, regression, integration, system, API, compatibility, performance, and end-to-end testing
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, DevOps, and Technical Support teams to identify, reproduce, troubleshoot,



and resolve software defects and customer-reported issues
Analyze application behavior, logs, network traffic, and SIP traces to identify root causes and validate fixes
Verify new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure they meet quality, functionality, and usability requirements
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and release readiness activities
Contribute to improving QA processes, testing methodologies, documentation, and overall test coverage
Mentor junior QA engineers through technical guidance, code and test reviews, and best practice sharing
Maintain accurate test documentation and provide explicit reporting on testing progress, quality metrics, and release readiness
Stay up to date with emerging QA tools, automation technologies, and industry best practices
