Position Overview:

We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our growing team and help build the core services behind our Battery Passport and Battery Analytics platforms. In this role, you will design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and APIs that power data-driven web applications. You will primarily work with Node.js and AWS-based cloud infrastructure to build reliable systems that support real-time data processing, traceability, and analytics across the battery lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with frontend developers, DevOps,



and product teams to deliver end-to-end features “from API design and implementation to deployment” with continuous improvement in a fast-paced and agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the development of new features and enhancements for our web platform and back-end systems, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Architect and implement robust back-end services, APIs, and server-side logic.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and product managers, to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Conduct code reviews across back-end codebases.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to optimize application performance.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our tech stack.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and testing processes.
Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
Maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Bicep
