Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Veeva CRM Technical Lead to lead the implementation, customization, and integration of Veeva CRM solutions. This role requires solid technical expertise in Veeva CRM, Salesforce.com platform, and a deep understanding of the life sciences commercial domain.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the technical lead for Veeva CRM implementations and enhancement projects.
Collaborate with business analysts,



functional consultants, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Design, develop, and deploy custom features, integrations, and configurations using Veeva CRM and Salesforce.com platform tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, etc.).
Manage technical deliverables including solution architecture, code review, testing, and deployment.
Guide and mentor junior developers and offshore teams on Veeva CRM best practices.
Support data migration and integration efforts using tools like Veeva Network, MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.
Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and validation requirements specific to the life sciences industry.
Provide technical leadership during client workshops, UAT sessions, and cutover planning.
