Role Overview

As the Sales Manager at Caravan Hatta by Our Habitas, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building market presence, and positioning this unique hospitality concept as a leading destination for group experiences, retreats, and meaningful connections.

With a primary focus on Groups, including Corporate Retreats, Incentive Travel, Wellness Groups, and Government Groups, you will develop and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, DMCs, event agencies, travel trade partners,



and key accounts across the UAE and international feeder markets.

Working closely with the Senior Director of Sales and the wider Our Habitas commercial team, you will support the successful pre-opening, launch, and commercial ramp-up of Caravan Hatta, creating demand and establishing the property as a destination where nature, culture, and connection come together.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales qualified who thrives in a pre-opening environment and is passionate about experiential hospitality, lifestyle travel, and creating unforgettable group experiences.

Execute the property’s sales strategy in alignment with revenue, occupancy, and commercial objectives.
