About the Role
The MEP Design Manager will own the coordination and quality of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and utility design deliverables.



The role requires close control over drawings, calculations, technical specifications, schedules, BOQs, and multidisciplinary coordination so projects move forward without avoidable rework. The manager will work across architects, structural engineers, BIM teams, consultants, clients, and execution teams to keep design outputs aligned with scope, standards, and delivery timelines. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can review technical work deeply, resolve issues early, and guide engineers and modelers toward coordinated outcomes. Success depends on turning design intent into clear, compliant, buildable deliverables that support industrial and commercial projects.
