Process Associate - Voice - Fresher

Detailed Responsibilities

Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries and issues via calls (inbound) ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Accurately enter, update, and manage data across multiple systems and databases.
Troubleshoot customer problems, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex issues to senior support teams as required.

Skill Requirements

Must-Have:

Robust Verbal communication skills,
Arts & Science, Fresher.





Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred. - Arts & Science
No BCA, BTECH, IT, MCA, BE are not eligible to apply.
