Overview:
Employment Counsel - the attorney will have primary regional responsibility for all employment and labour matters related to employees in the INDIA and APAC region workplace. This position is responsible for providing daily legal advice and counsel to internal stakeholders (at all levels) on the full range of matters pertaining to labour and employment law and legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as primary in-house legal counsel on all labour and employment matters which may include, but are not limited to, human resource issues, workers’ compensation, labour relations, employee benefits, employment agreements, and policies for employees located in the APAC and INDIA regions.
Support HR and business leadership on employee relations and workforce restructuring matters in the APAC and INDIA regions.
Actively participate in the development and implementation of employment strategies for the business and the wider RTX organization.
Support collective bargaining and union negotiations.
Support the organization in discussion
