Cross Globe Marketing (CGM) is a rapid-growing digital marketing agency based in Jaipur, delivering SEO, Performance Marketing, CRO, Email, Social Media, Ecommerce, Design, and Video services to clients across the globe. We're looking for a Business Development Executive who knows how to open doors, build trust fast, and close deals that stick.

You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing — for CGM's digital marketing services. You'll work closely with our SEO, Performance Marketing, and Design teams to shape proposals that actually match client needs, not generic decks. This role comes with a hybrid setup and flexible working hours, built for someone who's more driven by results than by a fixed desk.

Compensation is structured as fixed salary plus commission, so your earning potential scales directly with what you bring in. If you've spent 4-6 years in B2B sales or business development — ideally in a digital marketing, IT services, or agency environment — and you're hungry to grow a book of business, this role is built for you.





Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities across target industries and geographies
- Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound follow-up
- Pitch CGM's service offerings (SEO, PPC, Social, CRO, Ecommerce, Design, Video) to prospective clients
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and pricing in coordination with service teams
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals in line with revenue targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and update CRM daily with lead status, next steps, and notes
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with SEO, Performance Marketing, and Design teams to align proposals with delivery capability
- Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and market pricing to stay pitch-ready
