Role overview

The Procurement asst. manager (capex) shall be responsible for end-to-end procurement of all capital requirements across new property launches, renovations, upgrades and asset replacements. This role sits at the intersection of projects, design, finance and operations, and is measured on landing the right specification, at the right cost, at site, on the date the project needs it. It requires driving cost efficiency, standardisation of FF&E; and fit-out categories, vendor development across current geographies, and the ability to scale a repeatable procurement engine as the pipeline grows across India.

Support the team in execution of the overall capex procurement strategy and operational goals
Own day-to-day capex procurement across new launches, renovations, refurbishments and asset
