The E-commerce - Manager plays a pivotal role in leading, executing, managing and optimizing our online sales channels specially marketplaces and quick commerce channels, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers and driving revenue growth. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and business acumen.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform(s), including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management on various marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Quick Commerce, Nykaa, Nykaa fashion etc
Optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion, including keyword research, product descriptions, and imagery.
Able to create/execute/run/optimize various ad campaigns on Ad portals of marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, Nykaa etc.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on investment (ROI), and take actions to optimize performance.




Analyze sales data and website metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, design team) to coordinate promotions, product launches, and other initiatives.
Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify best practices and opportunities for innovation.
Stay updated on e-commerce technologies, platforms, and tools, and evaluate new solutions to enhance our online presence and capabilities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
Proven experience (typically 2-3 years) in e-commerce, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
Robust understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc) and quick commerce (Blinkit, swiggy, zepto).
Excellent communication skills, both writt
