Key Responsibilities
• Should be able to propose the conceptual design for functional requirement of the equipment in a cost-effective manner
Must be able to provide automation architecture for the validated concept using IAB software from Rockwell Automation
Strong knowledge in Rockwell Automation PLC’s and Drives (SLC, Control Logics, Guard Logix and K5700) / Experience in other PLC’s and drives shall also be considered.
Strong Programming Exp in RS Logix 500, Rs Logix 5000,
Studio 5000 Factory talk View Studio/ Experience in other PLC’s and drives shall also be considered.
Must have experience in legacy project retrofit activities & Guard Logix programming.
Have basic knowledge in creation & Maintaining Libraries in ACM from Rockwell Automation
Perform replacement of obsolete electrical parts by maintaining Form, Fit and Functions of the existing design of the machines
Perform document creation, Revision, Releasing in Team Centre software.
Support the team for RFQ and Execution.
Conduct Kick off meeting with design team and relevant stakeholders of the project.
Perform self-quality checks and Team QC ensure accuracy and consistency in all deliveries
Excellent oral & written English communication.
Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with global engineers, mentoring the team on effective communication.
Solid leadership and team management skills, providing guidance and support.
