About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Panel Design & Costing Engineer to join our electrical panel manufacturing team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical panel design, AutoCAD drafting, BOQ/BOM preparation, component selection, panel costing, and production coordination. The role requires the ability to independently design and engineer a wide range of LT electrical panels while coordinating with production, vendors, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
Develop General Arrangement (GA) drawings
Design power and control wiring diagrams
Prepare terminal wiring diagrams
Generate cable schedules and ferrule schedules
Prepare BOQ and BOM based on project requirements
Review customer enquiries, BOQs, tender documents, and technical specifications
Select appropriate electrical components including ACBs, MCCBs, MCBs, MPCBs, contactors, relays, meters, CTs, VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, and APFC components
Design panel layouts considering space utilization, wiring,



heat dissipation, cable entry, and ease of maintenance
Support the costing team with accurate material quantities and technical inputs
Coordinate with vendors for technical datasheets, specifications, and quotations
Work closely with fabrication, wiring, and production teams during manufacturing
Review customer comments and update drawings accordingly
Prepare final as-built drawings after project completion
Support FAT, routine testing, inspections, and client approvals

DG Synchronization Panels
Fire Pump Panels
Auto Changeover Panels
Control Desk Panels
Plug & Socket Panels
Automation / SCADA Panels
