Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hazaribag. This role is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement across Taplifi’s target audiences. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, overseeing paid and organic campaigns, optimizing website and landing page performance, and coordinating lead generation activities.



The Digital Marketing Manager will monitor key metrics, analyze web and campaign data, and prepare performance reports to guide strategy. Collaboration with product, design, and sales teams is expected to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business goals.
Qualifications

Solid digital marketing skills, including Digital Marketing and Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing for brand building, audience engagement, and community management across major platforms.
Experience in Lead Generation, including designing funnels, nurturing prospects, and optimizing conversion rates.
Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and make data-driven optimization decisions.
