Role Description The Sales Manager – Wholesale & Retail Sarees is a full-time, on-site role based in Mau,
responsible for driving sales growth across both wholesale and retail channels. This role includes managing relationships with existing wholesale partners, identifying and onboarding new retailers and distributors, and ensuring robust showroom and regional sales performance. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, set and track targets, coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams, and ensure timely order processing and delivery. The position involves conducting market visits, understanding regional demand trends, guiding customers on product selection, and representing KashiAura’s brand values and product knowledge in all interactions. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with management on pricing, promotions, and merchandising strategies, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
