Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Define and own end-to-end solution architecture for D365 CE implementations
Lead architecture design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
Design solutions across D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)
Provide architectural guidance on customizations, integrations, and extensions
Define integration architecture using APIs, middleware, and Azure services
Ensure best practices for performance, scalability, security, and data governance
Oversee Dataverse data modeling, security roles, and data migration strategies
Drive Power Platform integration (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
