We’re looking for ambitious Sales Development Representatives who want to build a serious career in sales and grow with a fast-moving team.

Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Salary: ₹4–5 LPA

Location: Portanbakam, Chennai

Work Mode: Work from Office

Work Schedule: Alternate Saturdays working

Language Requirement

You must be fluent and confident speaking in:

Tamil + English + Hindi

This is an significant requirement for the role.

What you’ll do

- Speak with prospective customers and understand their needs
- Qualify and nurture leads through calls and follow-ups
- Build trust and confidently communicate the value of our programs
- Convert interested prospects into customers
- Own your targets and continuously improve your conversion skills




- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to drive revenue

Who should apply? Someone who is confident on calls, persuasive without being pushy, disciplined with follow-ups, and hungry to grow.

Previous experience in Inside Sales, EdTech Sales, Business Development, Telesales or SDR roles is an advantage.

But more than your designation, we care about your communication, attitude, ownership and ability to sell.

CTC: Up to ₹4–5 LPA
