Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned territory.

- Build strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and selling life insurance products.

- Identify new business prospects through market research, networking, and referrals.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.

- Analyze sales performance data to optimize sales strategies and improve results.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-2 years of experience in BFSI sales or related field (insurance industry preferred).

- Robust understanding of Casa sales principles and practices.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
