Dyneton is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our Alibaba.com sales team and ensure seamless coordination between sales, customers, and internal departments.
Location: Noida
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
- Manage and update CRM records with complete accuracy.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Track leads, customer inquiries, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with service and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Monitor pending payments, order processing, and documentation.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets and operational KPIs.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Operations, or CRM Management.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Solid knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in B2B sales or digital platforms will be an added advantage.
