Role Description The Sales Coordinator role at Ecoste is a full time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This role involves supporting the sales team with daily coordination of inquiries, proposals, and orders, ensuring accurate and timely documentation in CRM or sales tracking systems.

The Sales

Coordinator will communicate with real estate developer clients and internal stakeholders to schedule meetings, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and track project status.

Responsibilities include managing customer communication, addressing basic service queries, preparing reports on sales performance, and supporting logistics coordination with operations for order fulfillment. The role also requires maintaining organized records, assisting in sales presentations and tender documents, and collaborating closely with sales leadership to meet business targets.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage inquiries, documentation, and order tracking efficiently.




- Demonstrated ability in Sales activities, including lead follow-up, proposal support, and assisting in closing opportunities.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle client interactions professionally and build lasting relationships.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or sales management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working on-site with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and project management.
- Experience in construction materials, building products, or real estate industry is an advantage.
