MIS Executive / Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive / Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations through accurate reporting, sales analytics, order coordination, and data management. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the FMCG industry, strong MS Excel skills, and ERP knowledge. This role requires close coordination with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sales MIS & Reporting

- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales MIS reports.
- Generate Region-wise, Distributor-wise, SKU-wise, and Salesperson-wise reports.
- Track Primary and Secondary Sales performance.
- Maintain management dashboards and reports.
- Analyze sales trends and business performance.

Sales Coordination

- Coordinate with Sales Managers and field sales teams.
- Monitor order processing, dispatch, and delivery status.
- Coordinate with Production and Logistics for timely execution.
- Follow up with distributors regarding orders and sales activities.

Data Management

- Maintain customer master and sales databases.
- Update pricing, schemes, and ERP records.




- Prepare incentive reports and sales target reports.
- Support budgeting and sales forecasting activities.

Business Support

- Prepare business presentations and management review reports.
- Track new product launches.
- Generate ad-hoc MIS reports as required.

Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in Sales MIS or Sales Coordination within an FMCG company.
- Experience in distributor-based sales operations is mandatory.
- ERP experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
