We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Closer (Event Sales) to convert qualified leads into confirmed delegates, sponsors, exhibitors, and strategic partners. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with exceptional consultative selling and negotiation skills, capable of closing high-value B2B deals with senior executives across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct discovery calls and sales meetings with qualified prospects generated by the outreach team.

Present event sponsorship, exhibition, delegate, and partnership opportunities tailored to client requirements.

Build strong relationships with Directors, Vice Presidents, CXOs, and other senior decision-makers.

Understand client business objectives and recommend the most suitable event participation packages.

Handle objections professionally, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close deals.

Own the complete sales cycle from qualified lead to payment confirmation.

Follow up consistently through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.

Collaborate with the operations and event teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for confirmed clients.

Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline updates.

Consistently achieve monthly revenue, conversion, and sales targets.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing prospects.

Proven ability to close high-value B2B sales deals.

Confident interacting with senior executives and enterprise-level decision-makers.

Excellent objection-handling and negotiation skills.

Highly target-oriented with a strong focus on revenue generation.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.

Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.

Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting platforms is preferred.

Experience Required

Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in Sales Closing is mandatory.

Experience in Event Sales, Conference Sales, Sponsorship Sales, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, IT Sales, or Business Development is highly preferred.

Demonstrated success in closing deals with US-based clients through phone, virtual meetings, and consultative selling.

Robust understanding of the US business environment and sales processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

2–5 years of overall B2B sales experience.

At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience closing sales.

Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.

Experience selling to Directors, VPs, C-Level executives, and enterprise clients.

Excellent presentation, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.

Prior experience in event, conference, sponsorship, enterprise, SaaS, or consultative B2B sales will be an added advantage.
