Job Title: Sales Coordinator – South

Location: Chennai Department: Sales

Reporting To: Regional / National Sales Head

Role Objective:

To support the West region sales team by ensuring smooth coordination across clients, internal teams, and execution partners. The role will focus on backend sales support, inventory/data tracking, and timely execution follow-ups to enable faster closures and efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the sales team for day-to-day requirements and ongoing deals
- Maintain and track inventory / availability across assets
- Follow up on client requirements, approvals, and release orders
- Coordinate closely with printers, mounters, and operations teams for printing status, mounting schedules, and execution timelines
- Track end-to-end execution status and keep the sales team regularly updated
- Act as a bridge between sales, operations, printers, and on-ground teams to ensure smooth execution
- Ensure timely execution by proactively following up with all stakeholders
- Track campaign timelines, start/end dates, and ensure proper closures
- Maintain and update CRM, sales reports, and pipeline status
- Support in billing coordination and basic payment follow-ups




- Ensure all documentation and internal approvals are completed before execution
- Highlight any delays, gaps, or execution risks proactively

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Backend Sales / Client Servicing
- Hindi speaking is mandatory.
- Experience in media / advertising / OOH industry will be an added advantage
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle vendors and on-ground teams effectively
- Good communication and email drafting skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines efficiently
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools
