Candidate who is open for relocation for 6-month Mexico Preferable (extensible).

Primary Skills:
● 5+ years of experience in solution architecture for data analytics or technical consulting
in the retail industry.
● Solid understanding of data structures, cloud-based architectures, and analytics
platforms (like Snowflake, Looker, dbt, etc.).
● Excellent communication skills—you can lead a meeting, write a sharp email, and translate
tech-speak into human language.
● A knack for predicting problems before they happen and designing solutions that prevent
them.
● Leadership presence that earns trust and inspires confidence—both internally and with
customers.

Lead End-to-End Data Solution Design
● Connect the dots between the business problem, the data, and the solution.
● Understand the customer—business goals, data, systems, pain points and organizational

● Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and

● Review designs, validate data flows, and help unblock technical challenges when needed.
