The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following
Responsible for overall home support care to clients in a designated geographic location
Manages and supervises the overall performance of a team of home support workers in a designated geographic location in order to provide support to clients
Provides training and support for staff when required
Communicates with clients and family on changing homecare needs and changes in client’s condition
Communicates with Continuing Care on a daily basis regarding client care needs
Works with Community Occupational Health and Community Physiotherapists to ensure their recommendations are followed by home sup
