About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable Senior Software Engineer – Platform & Services to design, build, and optimize data‑as‑a‑service capabilities within our Digital Manufacturing & Supply Chain Platform.
In this role, you will focus on delivering secure, scalable, and high‑performance APIs and microservices that expose curated data from enterprise systems, IoT devices, and analytical models to various consumers—including applications, dashboards, and simulation environments.




You will work closely with Data Engineering and platform teams to transform raw and processed datasets into reliable, observable, and production‑ready services, enabling real‑time insights, predictive analytics, and digital twin workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance REST/gRPC APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and event‑driven microservices for real‑time and batch data consumption.
Implement service‑oriented components that expose curated datasets from enterprise systems and IoT platforms.
Partner with Data Engineering to understand data pipelines, data contracts, and governance requirements.
Implement security controls including authentication, authorization, and role‑based access mechanisms.
Optimize microservices for scalability, high availability, and low‑latency performance, supporting use cases like predictive maintenance and agile scheduling.
