Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead business requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs
Configure and implement D365 CE modules: Sales Customer Service Field Service Marketing
Design and document: Functional Design Documents (FDDs) Business process flows and user stories
Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules
Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and extensions
Drive UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful deployments
Provide functional leadership and mentorship to junior consultants
Conduct client
