The Solutions Engineering team is responsible for designing, implementing, and enabling Cisco's Digital Resilience strategy for organizations across India. Working at the forefront of Enterprise Networking and Cybersecurity, the team partners with customers and strategic channel partners to build next-generation networking, security, cloud, and application delivery solutions.
As part of this high-impact team, you'll collaborate with Cisco Sales, Partner Account Managers, Channel Leaders, and cross-functional technical specialists to develop innovative architectures that help customers modernize their infrastructure, improve cyber resilience, and accelerate digital transformation.
Your Impact
As a Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the trusted technical advisor to Cisco's strategic partners, driving technical strategy, solution development, and partner enablement across Cisco's Enterprise Networking and Security portfolio. You will build strong relationships with channel partners and distribution teams, lead technical discussions, drive Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives,



and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions that accelerate customer success and business growth.
Responsibilities
Build and own strategic technical relationships with partners, serving as their primary technical advisor throughout the sales lifecycle.
Develop Partner Technical Business Plans and drive technical readiness across Cisco's Networking and Security architectures.
Design, position, and demonstrate end-to-end Cisco solutions through customer workshops, executive presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
Collaborate with Partner Account Executives, Partner SE Leaders, Channel teams, and Cisco Business Units to develop strategic opportunities and grow partner capabilities.
