RClashers Media is looking for a passionate Influencer Marketing & Talent Manager Intern to join our team. This is a paid internship offering hands-on experience in influencer marketing, talent management, brand collaborations, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage influencer marketing campaigns from onboarding to execution.
Coordinate with creators and brand partners.
Source and onboard current influencers.
Negotiate commercials and campaign deliverables.
Track campaign timelines and ensure smooth execution.
Maintain creator databases and campaign reports.
Build and manage long-term creator relationships.
Stay updated with the latest social media and influencer marketing trends.
Requirements:




Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interest in influencer marketing and social media.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and creator platforms.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
