We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Manager – Sales to lead a team of Interior Designers while driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth. The ideal candidate will own the entire sales funnel, coach and mentor designers, improve conversion rates, and consistently achieve monthly revenue and project booking targets.

This role requires a robust leader with expertise in B2C sales, customer relationship management, team development, and business performance management.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the complete sales funnel from lead allocation to project closure.
Drive monthly sales targets by ensuring consistent project bookings and revenue generation.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6–10 Interior Designers to maximize individual and team performance.
Improve sales conversion through continuous monitoring of funnel metrics and performance analysis.
Conduct regular sales reviews, coaching sessions, and performance feedback for the team.
Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the customer journey.




Resolve customer escalations promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
Collaborate closely with Design, Operations, and Installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor key business metrics including revenue, conversion rate, booking value, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and sales effectiveness.
Ensure adherence to company sales processes, policies, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualification

Bachelor's degree (B.Arch preferred). Candidates from other disciplines with relevant industry experience are also encouraged to apply.
MBA is an added advantage.
5+ years of experience in B2C Sales, Business Development, or Growth.
Minimum 1 year of people management experience leading high-performing sales teams.
