McDonald's is seeking an experienced Global Program Manager to lead the global delivery, governance, adoption, and continuous evolution of the Restaurant recruitment ecosystem across markets.
This individual contributor role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of the McHire program which leads crew hiring for restaurants world-wide, ensuring platform stability, operational excellence, vendor performance, and successful execution of strategic initiatives. The role serves as the central point of coordination across business stakeholders,



technology teams, operations, and external partners to drive scalable solutions and consistent service delivery globally.
Operating in a highly matrixed setting, the successful candidate will bring strong program management, stakeholder engagement, governance, and change leadership capabilities, with experience leading global technology-enabled programs and managing complex cross-functional initiatives, within the HR function.Duties
