​Job Role: The role is responsible for supporting and executing the Company's Investor Relations and Corporate Communications initiatives. The incumbent will contribute to developing and disseminating consistent corporate messaging, preparing investor communication materials, coordinating stakeholder engagements, and strengthening the Company's visibility among investors, analysts, media, regulators, employees, and other stakeholders. The role will also support communication of the Company's financial performance, strategic initiatives, ESG commitments, regulatory milestones, and business achievements to enhance transparency, strengthen stakeholder confidence, and reinforce the Company's positioning in the capital markets.

Job Responsibilities:

Investor Relations (IR)

Support engagement with institutional investors, retail investors,



analysts, proxy advisors and financial media.
Assist in planning and coordinating earnings calls, investor meetings, roadshows, conferences and investor events.
Prepare investor communication materials including quarterly presentations, earnings releases, annual reports, AGM content, investor decks, factsheets and FAQs.
Prepare and manage digital investor communications through the Company's website, stock exchange disclosures, investor presentations, ESG updates and other investor communication platforms to enhance investor engagement and corporate visibility.
Plan and coordinate earnings calls, investor meetings, roadshows, and capital markets days.
Monitor and analyse industry developments, peer benchmarks, and shareholder feedback to provide strategic insights.
Monitor peer disclosures, pharma sector developments, and investor feedback for strategic benchmarking.
