JOB TITLE SERVICENOW IRM SENIOR DEVELOPER Must Have Experience • Understanding
of IRM domain and its fundamentals. • Solutioning and Designing the IRM solution
using industry best practices. • Experience with SN IRM design, architecture,
and implementations with a fair understanding of ServiceNow IRM model, plugins,
and accelerators. • Experience in doing entity scoping exercise. • Hands-on
development to include creation, configuration and customization of policies,
controls, indicators, risk frameworks, audit test plans, attestation, and
assessments etc. • Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts,
transform maps, reports, dashboards, and business rules • Configuring IRM
portals. • Experience in multiple ServiceNow implementations • Lead the
configuration and customization of ServiceNow instances. Positive to have Experience
• Understanding of various regulations like GDPR, ISO etc. • Experience in




application architecture, infrastructure architecture, database architecture,
networking, and distributed systems • Well-versed in modern web technologies and
cloud computing architectural principles for cloud-based platforms that include
SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and automation • Familiar with scripting technology
such as JavaScript, Angular JS and Jelly. • Experience of custom applications
development • Experience in working on Performance Analytics • Design and
modification of ServiceNow Service Portal. • Domain Separation and designing the
Process and data flow within various domains • Knowledge of LDAP/Active
Directory/SSO. • Review existing set up and provide best practice
recommendations in line with the OEM
