About the Role
This is a highly visible role responsible for driving the execution of xponent.ai's Go-to-Market strategy.
Working closely with the CEO and leadership team and the Databricks ecosystem, you will orchestrate everything that turns strategy into market outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Overview
Commercial Program Management – orchestrating multiple GTM initiatives with the discipline of a PMO.
Partner Success Management – treating Databricks (and future strategic partners) as customers to be nurtured, with clear growth plans, executive engagement and measurable outcomes including climbing up partner tier in line with our strategy
AI-enabled GTM Operations – using AI tools to improve proposal development, account research, campaign execution, CRM hygiene, meeting preparation and GTM reporting.
