2+ years of full-time experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a product-based company (please note that freelance-only experience will not be considered in this).
Proven experience managing junior team members or directly supervising a design project.
Demonstrated ability to take a project through its entire lifecycle from start to finish, or significant long-term involvement on a continuous project.

Strong portfolio showcasing product UI designs, particularly focused on screen design and interaction patterns.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.




Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and design systems.
Experience designing for both mobile and web platforms (iOS, Android, Web Apps).
Ability to think through complex user flows and translate them into simple, intuitive UI screens.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and receive feedback constructively.
Attention to detail, with a strong eye for typography, spacing, and visual balance.
