Role Description

As the Human Resource Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture, driving talent acquisition strategies, and fostering employee engagement and development.



You will collaborate closely with leadership to ensure that our HR practices align with our business objectives and values.

The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operational and functional Human Resource activities including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Employee Retention, Employer Branding, and HR Operations. This role will also lead the recruitment, development, and retention of tech talent critical to driving innovation and growth in the compliance technology space.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Hiring

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across functions, including tech roles such as developers, data scientists, and QA engineers.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals,
