Role Description The Sales and Marketing Associate is a full time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role involves identifying and approaching potential clients such as hotels, schools, and industrial customers,



presenting Sunshine Laundry’s services, and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing. The associate will support marketing activities, including promotional campaigns, local outreach, and customer communications, while maintaining accurate records of inquiries, proposals, and contracts. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer queries, coordinating with operations to ensure service commitments are met, gathering feedback to improve offerings, and preparing regular sales and performance reports. The role also includes assisting with training materials or sessions related to sales and customer service to help strengthen the overall commercial team.
