We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Industrial Processing Portfolio focusing on a market-leading event for the laboratory industry: Lab Innovations.

Essential Criteria

Proven experience in marketing in events/exhibitions or a similar industry (around 3+ years).
Expertise in both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Strong copywriting, content development, and project management skills.
Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms (such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting

Preferred Criteria

Experience in and knowledge of the laboratory, scientific, medical and/or life-sciences industries
Experience in managing awards
Enjoys networking and being sociable
Enjoys travelling

What You'll Be Working On

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Lab Innovations, including the Lab Awards.
Manage the full marketing lifecycle,



from concept to execution, including audience targeting, content creation, and post-campaign analysis.
Manage and execute the Lab Awards including gathering and collating entries, collaborating with judges and overseeing the judging process, executing the prestigious awards event onsite at Lab Innovations.
Collaborate with event stakeholders, including sales teams and sponsors, to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.

Digital Marketing

Lead the development and optimisation of digital campaigns (including email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and PPC) to drive event awareness, registrations, and engagement.
Oversee the management and continuous development of event websites, ensuring they are regularly updated and optimised for SEO, user experience, and lead generation.

Content Creation & Management

Develop compelling and engaging content tailored to the event's target audience, including promotional materials, pr
