Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

HR partner for all lines of business across the South region, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition for the region, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent in line with manpower plans.
Collaborate with Regional leadership on manpower planning, budgeting, and workforce optimization strategies.
Manage and build robust relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective HR solutions.
Responsible for recruitment efficiency, ensure pipeline quality, cost efficiency, and timely closures.
