Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pre Sales Executive role based in Kalyan Dombivli. The Pre Sales Executive will engage potential clients through calls, site visits, and presentations, explaining project details and clarifying queries to build interest and trust. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams,



and following up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline. The role involves understanding property features, local market trends, pricing, and offers, as well as preparing basic proposals and assisting in organizing promotional events. The Pre Sales Executive is expected to maintain professional communication, meet activity targets, and contribute to a positive client experience.
