Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MS Project Administrator / Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Microsoft Project (MS Project). The ideal candidate will support Project Managers by creating accurate, resource-loaded schedules, managing task dependencies, performing critical path analysis, and ensuring projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project (MS Project).
Create and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
Define and maintain task dependencies, predecessors, successors, and scheduling relationships.
Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis and identify schedule risks.
Establish project baselines and monitor schedule performance.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and overall progress.
Perform resource planning, allocation, and resource leveling.
Analyze schedule variances and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with Project Managers, engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Prepare project reports, dashboards,



Gantt charts, and executive status reports.
Monitor project KPIs and schedule performance metrics.
Maintain project documentation, scheduling records, and change logs.
Support project risk assessments and change impact analysis.
Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices.
Participate in project review meetings and provide scheduling insights.

Requirements

Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Project (MS Project).
Excellent understanding of Project Scheduling and Critical Path Method (CPM).
Experience managing:
Task Dependencies
Predecessors & Successors
Milestones
Constraints
Project Baselines
Knowledge of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
Resource Planning, Resource Allocation, and Resource Leveling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365.
