Role Overview




The Zoho Technical Consultant will be responsible for understanding client requirements, identifying suitable Zoho applications, designing workflows, developing custom functions and applications, performing integrations, testing solutions, and supporting successful project delivery.
The candidate must be able to work closely with functional consultants, project managers, developers, migration specialists, and clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Requirement Understanding
Participate in client meetings and requirement-gathering sessions.
Understand the client’s business operations, challenges, approval processes, reporting needs, and expected outcomes.
Ask relevant questions to identify the actual business requirement.
Convert discussions into transparent functional and technical requirements.
Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, limitations, and areas requiring clarification.
Ensure development remains aligned with the approved scope of work.
